Dragon Noodles
Dragon Noddles
For anyone that is a heat seeker, you'll enjoy this one! The key to this recipe is balancing the flavors, too much brown sugar and it's more of a teriyaki sauce. On the other hand to much siracha and you'll be burning a hole through your stomach. If you aren't able to find lo mein noodles larger flat egg noodles are a great substitute or even regular linguine. And if you want to spice up the recipe try adding lime juice and cut up peanuts to make it similar to that of pad thai.

Ingredients:
- 4oz Lo Mein noodles
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Siracha Sauce
- 1 cup Fesh Cilantro
- 1 Bunch Green Onions
Directions:
- Begin by boiling water for noodles, cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce, in a small bowl stir together the brown sugar, soy sauce, and siracha.
- In a large skillet melt the butter with the siracha and cook the egg.
- Add the noodles to the skillet with the egg mixture and sauce.
- Turn the heat onto low to avoid the sauce from evaporating.
- Sprinkle the sliced green onions and cilantro onto the finished product.
